The 18th edition of Maruti Suzuki Raid De Himalaya, the world’s highest arena rally, was flagged off on 8th October and would conclude on 15th October 2016. It is for the first time that the rally has started from Manali.
The Raid de Himalaya, the only Indian motorsport event listed on the off-road rallies calendar of Federation Internationale Motorcyclisme (FIM), Geneva, Switzerland, has been organized by the Himalayan Motorsport Association and Maruti-Suzuki since 1999, making it one of India’s oldest international motorsport events
